RD Waveski is a combination of Rees Duncan’s passion and knowledge of what it takes to become the best.

Rees is the owner, designer and surfer behind RD Waveskis. 
Rees started waveski surfing from the age of 11 when introduced to the sport by his father Rees Duncan Snr and family friend, Steve Bailey. At the age of 14 Rees came 2ndin Australia to the then world champion John Christensen. It was 2 years later Rees won his first World Open Title at 17 years of age. He would go on to win 10 more World Titles across the Open and different age divisions.

During his 30 years as a sponsored rider he has had the pleasure of working with some of the leading and highly regarded shaper/designers in the Waveski Industry including Col Samways, Neil Decker, Doug Holliday & Shane Steadman.

Rees is now using this knowledge and his passion to produce RD Waveski’s.

Rees has hand picked well renowned trades people in their chosen fields to manufacture RD Waveski’s to ensure they become the world’s best Waveski’s both in quality, design and technology.
